Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods (holidays, flash sales) processing may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated delivery times (standard shipping)
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. Typical estimates are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days (some items ship from US warehouses and arrive in 3–5 business days; other items ship from overseas and typically take 10–15 business days).

  • Canada, Australia, UK and many EU countries: 9–15 business days on average.
  • Some countries (e.g., Brazil, Mexico) may take longer due to customs and local delivery conditions—expect 2–4 weeks in certain cases.

Expedited shipping
Expedited/express shipping options may be available at checkout for some products and destinations. If you need an order faster, choose an expedited method at checkout; expedited shipping shortens transit time but does not reduce processing time.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on item weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. We aim to show clear shipping prices at checkout so there are no surprises.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can go to an online tracker, and track your order through there as we currently are not able to show your order tracker through our website.

Customs, duties, and import taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery timelines may be extended by customs processing.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

  • If your package is missing or shows an unexpected delay, contact us at contact@urbansol.store with your order number and we’ll investigate immediately.

  • If an item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and photos of the damage and email us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Order changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it may not be possible to change or cancel it.

Holiday & peak season note
During major holiday periods (November–January and local holidays) processing and shipping times can increase. Please place orders early to avoid delays.
