30-day return window

You have a 30-day return window, counted from the day the item is DELIVERED, not the order date. Shipping typically takes about two weeks, so the 30-day window starts on delivery for that reason.

Item condition

Your item must be in original condition with all parts included:

• the light bar
• magnetic mounting plate
• wireless remote dial
• USB cable

To start a return, email us. You get a return address back within one business day.

Change-of-mind returns

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item

If the item arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong item, we cover everything. You send a photo, we refund or replace, and you do not need to ship anything back.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of us receiving the item, back to the original payment method.
